Thank you for choosing RennStitch, LLC. Please review the following terms of sale carefully before placing your order. By making a purchase from RennStitch, LLC, you agree to these terms.

Custom Orders

All products sold by RennStitch, LLC are custom-made to order. As such, all sales are final. Orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable once they are placed.

Consent to Charge Credit Cards

By placing an order with RennStitch, LLC using a credit card, you expressly authorize RennStitch, LLC to charge your credit card for the full amount of your order, including applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees. This charge will be processed at the time your order is placed.

Production and Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are made upon receipt and typically take 4-6 weeks to complete.
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on the complexity of the order and availability of materials.
  • If OEM foam is included in your order, delivery may be delayed. We will notify you promptly if any delays occur.

Limited Warranty

  • RennStitch, LLC provides a limited warranty of 30 days from the date of delivery against defects in material and workmanship.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
  • To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@rennstitch.com within the warranty period. You may be required to provide proof of purchase and photographs of the defect.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the limited warranty expressly provided above, RennStitch, LLC makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. All products are sold "as is" and "with all faults." To the fullest extent permitted by law, RennStitch, LLC disclaims all other warranties.

Shipping

  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • RennStitch, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for items lost or damaged during shipping. Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate.

Limitation of Liability

RennStitch, LLC's liability is limited solely to the replacement or repair of defective products as described in the Limited Warranty section. RennStitch, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the sale or use of its products.
